I took my car there on 8/24 for tire low pressure light. The tech brought me out to my car to show me a bunch of things he found wrong. He made it seem that issues were grave and needed immediate repair and my car was unsafe. I was suspicious since I just had my car at the dealership for 75000 service. I agreed to having the two back tires replaced and asked for a quote for the remaining work they recommended and took my car back the dealership the next day. I gave the dealership the quote and asked them to check and they said all the things are in good conditions and repairs/replacement are not needed. I wonder if I even needed the tires since the ones I had were 4 years old with less than 30k miles. I called the satisfaction number on the receipt and was told I would get a call back from the regional manager about my concerns. It’s been almost a week and nothing.

I had an amazing experience at the Maple Shade Mavis Tire location. I came in with a concern about one of my tires for a manufacturer warranty claim, and T, Julian, & Alex were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They inspected my tire, measured the tread depth, documented the issue, and provided me with the paperwork I needed, all at no cost. They took the time to explain everything and made the process so much less stressful. It’s rare to find people who genuinely want to help, and they went above and beyond for me. Thank you both so much! I highly recommend this location.

Just wanted to shoutout your employee, T, at Mavis Tire was absolutely amazing! He helped us so much throughout the whole process and was honest and professional from start to finish. What we appreciated most was that he never made us feel pressured to buy extra services or things we didn’t need. He simply explained what was necessary and let us make our own decisions. That kind of honesty and customer service is hard to find these days. T is a great worker and made the experience smooth and stress-free. Thank you again

I had an excellent experience with Malik at Mavis Discount Tire. He replaced two tires on my 2022 Jeep and made the entire process smooth, professional, and stress-free. Malik was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was completed quickly, and my Jeep is driving great. It's hard to find people who genuinely care about customer service, but Malik went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend asking for him if you visit Mavis Discount Tire. Great experience at Mavis today. I had a 12:00 appointment and was out of there in 30-45 minutes. Malik was very helpful, I realized after I made the appointment yesterday that I needed all 4 tires done instead of just 2 so I had to go with a different brand. He was able to accommodate me and give me an equivalent price on all 4 tires. He didn't try to upsell me on any other services that weren't necessary.
